Danubian Plain

The North Bulgarian district is characterized by a moderate continental climate with hot summers and a large number of sunny days. It covers the central and western parts of the Danubian Plain, the southern riverside of the Danube and its adjacent areas.
The varieties Muscat Ottoel, Gamza, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Aligote, Pamide and others are grown here. Here are produced dry white wines, sparkling wines in classical technology and quality red wines, which are characterized by the rich fruity aroma and fresh taste.
