Our cauze
As operators in wine tourism, we notice that in most of the wine cellars plastic bottled with water are present on the tasting table and in most of the photos, in which the focus should be on the beautiful label of the wine bottle, the brand and the stylish glasses. In addition, the water left in the open and tested bottle is discarded, and water is a treasure that we must appreciate. If we only replace the plastic bottles with beautiful jugs of water, we will reduce the plastic, minimize the amount of water thrown away and make the table more beautiful!
During large celebrations such as Trifon Zarezan and Open Doors, disposable utensils are widely used in the cellars in large quantities. Yes, they are collected in places for recycling, but not all of them can be recycled, especially if they are heavily greasy. This generates garbage that pollutes the planet. Who needs it?
The initiative 0 WASTE, BETTER TASTE of Winetours.bgand Winetourmaker.com aims to inspire more wineries to say NO TO PLASTIC IN THE TASTING ROOM.
