The terroir of the Karlovo valley combines the unique specifics of the
region – soils, climate, topography, sunlight and heating. Since time
immemorial, vines have been grown on our lands, the Thracians drank enchanting
wine called ZEILA. Copsa Wine Cellar has 450 acres of its own
vineyards. The Bulgarian variety Red Misket takes up 45% of them. The remaining varieties are Muscat
Ottonel, Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet.
