The wine estate Mildalidare is situated among the vast hilly nature in the heart of Sredna Gora, Mogilovo village which is home to two wineries built at both ends of the village and surrounded by 160 hectares of carefully cultivated vineyards.
The smaller of the two wineries situated in the wested part of the village was built in 2009 and it 2011 over at the eastern end of the village the second winery was built. The two wineries work alongside each other to maximize processing optimization and reduce to a minimum the time needed to transport the grapes to the processing site.
In the western winery the grapes from the Dabovetz massifs are prioritized which as of 2018 is certified for Bio produce. This is where some of the highest quality wines of Midalidare are produced.
The rest of the grapes from the other massifs are processed in the eastern winery where the administration of company is also located. Interesting wine tours take place there, during which the guests of the estate can embark on the journey of the wine as well as visit the Varieties library and the Wine museum followed by a wine game where they can test their knowledge.
On the land of the eastern winery, the new base for the production of sparkling wine using classical technology is currently being built which houses an exclusive tasting room with impressive functionality.
Wine estate Midalidare also offers accommodation – Midalidare Hotel & SPA, which revives a two-century old school building transforming it into a cosy place for guests. The building is situated mere minutes from both of Midalidare’s wineries. The rooms overlook the hotel gardens and the majestic forest nearby. The hotel has a maximum capacity of 50 guests.
The newly build part of the SPA centre offers an array of services to accommodate your relaxation needs. The spa is open to the guests of the hotel as well as those who wish to combine the tasting of quality wines with some wellness procedures. The SPA centre offers a heated indoor pool, hot tub and bar as well as infrared, Finnish and herbal saunas, Roman style bath and hammam. There are two indoor pools – a regular one and a kids one with underwater LED lighting.
For the water sports enthusiasts there are also water aerobic activities. The complex has a modern gym, outdoor tennis, football and volleyball courts and fields; and during the colder months theres an outdoor ice skating rink.

The forum of the ancient Roman city of Augusta Trayana is an archaeological site in the central part of the city of Stara Zagora. The ancient forum complex is one of the most monumental structures in the Roman city of Augusta Trayana. The founder of the city was Emperor Trayan (98-117), hence its name. A unique element of this complex is the amphitheatrically built theatre facing the square space of the complex.
The Peyo Yavorov House Museum is located in the central part of the town of Chirpan. The exposition of the museum in Chirpan presents the original household arrangement of the kitchen, the living room, and the so called “Pey’s” room. The portrait of Hadji Dimitar and Stefan Karadzha can be seen in the drawing room, testifying to the family’s attitude to the struggle for liberation. In the house there is an exhibition hall where photos and objects representing Yavorov’s life and work are displayed and in the yard of the museum there is a bust-monument of the poet.
The zoo is located in a picturesque area on the territory of “Ayazmo” park. About 400 specimens of approximately 80 species of mammals, birds and amphibians are bred in it. Animals from almost all continents can be seen: Europe – brown bear, red deer, roe deer, lynx, wolf, fox, Asia – tigers, yak, North America – raccoon, South America – jaguar, llama, Africa – lion, ostrich and Australia – emus, parrots.
