Family hotel Soli Invicto (The unbeatable sun) towers above the cellar Edoardo Miroglio and features 10 elegantly furnished rooms, a tasting room, fine-dining restaurant, lobby bad and outdoor swimming pool.
Edoardo Miroglio winery was established in 2002 and it first production was in 2005.
The cellar is located centrally in an area of approximately 220 hectares of vineyards that cover the slope of the hill “Sveti Ilia” or Saint Ilia near the village of Elenovo.
The annual production capacity of the Edoardo Miroglio winery is 1 million litres of wine with their portfolio being very diverse – white, rose and red wines from local and international varieties, organic wines and sparkling representatives too.
The wine cellar and the hotel attached to it offer wonderful conditions for relaxation and wine-culinary tourism, fishing and visits to cultural and historical sites that abound in the region.
Each room is unique, named after a particular sort of grape, and is equipped with a bathroom, air conditioning, mini-bar, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Large pets are not welcomed.
The restaurant has both Bulgarian and Italian traditional dishes. Thanks to their use of locally grown fresh fruit and vegetables you can try a dish specifically made to accentuate and pair perfectly with the wines from the Edoardo Miroglio cellar.
As well as the wine tasting, the tour of the winery and the SPA centre you can also spend some time fishing down at the local dam or visit the small zoo. The hotel offers sport rehabilitation procedures which need to be arranged in advance.
The panoramic outdoor pool is situated in the central hotel garden and is available to the guests, while in the SPA centre you will find a sauna and steam room.
The outdoor hot tub looks over at the endless vineyards situated so close to the pool which make it one of the wineries most attractive features. We recommend making the most of the cooler evenings in Elenovo enjoying the sunset sipping on a bottle of Edoardo Miroglio wine.

Sights and attractions in the regions:
Located a mere 7 km from Yambol lies the only large Thracian ancient city preserved in Bulgaria – Ancient Kabile. Kabile arose at the end of the 2nd millennium BC near a large cult centre on the “Zaichi Vrah” hill. In antiquity, the city was an important economic and cultural centre in Southeast Thrace and Lower Tunja. The architectural remains of “Kabile” are impressive, with a large part of them preserved and restored. The city is almost completely explored and is easily accessible to tourists.
In the sixth largest city, Stara Zagora, you will find the oldest Bulgarian theatre in the region of Trakia – Drama Theatre “Geo Milev”, the ancient Forum of Augusta Trayana, and 14 km from the centre of the city is the national balneological resort of Starozagorski mineral baths.
The museum aims to preserve the memory and pay tribute to the wars of all military units from the city and the region for the period from the Liberation to the present day. The museum is located on the territory of the former pioneer barracks on an area of 9 decares.
