This is the only Bulgarian wine cellar which has been consulted by the famous winemaker Michel Rolland, who also chose the location of the vineyard. <\/div>\n<div class=\"uncode_text_column text-justify\">Today on the site of a deserted almond grove there are 1,500 decares of vineyards with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, Alicante Boucher, Petite Verdot, Syrah, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, etc.<\/div>\n<div class=\"row-internal row-container\">\n<div class=\"row row-child\">\n<div class=\"row-inner\">\n<div class=\"pos-middle pos-center align_center column_child col-lg-12 single-internal-gutter\">\n<div class=\"uncol style-light\">\n<div class=\"uncoltable\">\n<div class=\"uncell no-block-padding\">\n<div class=\"uncont\">\n<div class=\"heading-text el-text zoom-in animate_when_almost_visible quote-text start_animation\" data-speed=\"200\">\n<div>Castra Rubra&#8217;s team of young oenologists, led by Michel Rolland, manage to surprise wine lovers with exceptional and consistent quality of each vintage, and the best way to make sure of this is to visit the winery and taste the wines. It is carved from stone, hence its name, which is associated with the Thracian stone god Per. It is located on the Perperikon hill of the same name in the Eastern Rhodopes, 15 km northeast of Kardzhali. In the eternal city are the remains of the sanctuary of the god Dionysius with the famous altar of predictions. It has often been compared to the magnificent Temple of Apollo at Delphi. The protected area is around 3 hectares. They have been declared a natural landmark since 1974. A highlight of the exhibition hall of the museum centre is the exact copy of the original tomb of Alexander. Through the replica, visitors are given the opportunity to get acquainted with a truly unique monument of ancient art in Thrace. The rich exposition also shows numerous artefacts from the Thracian period in the region of the city of Haskovo, a large part of which can be seen in the frescoes of the Alexander Tomb &#8211; weapons, jewellery, dishes,
