The cellar owns 40 hectares of vineyards growing varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Fran and Petit Verdo. <\/p>\n<p>The climate is mild, moderately continental, with many sunny days (over 3000 hours of sunshine, over 120 days a year). <\/p>\n<p>The winery&#8217;s team of staff overlooks the entire process &#8211; from the plantations to the bottling of the wine, with agronomists and oenologists strictly monitoring the quality of the product using the winery&#8217;s modern laboratory.<\/p>\n<p>The wines in wine cellar Four Friends are produced using classic technologies with the exceptional amounts of manual labour which largely determines the quality of the wine. The ancient forum complex is one of the most monumental structures in the Roman city of Augusta Trayana. The founder of the city was Emperor Trayan (98-117), hence its name. Dimitar Nikolov Assenov, known mostly as Hadji Dimitar, was born there on May 10, 1840. The house is small, one-story, with a wooden porch &#8211; the characteristic architectural features of the early Bulgarian revival, as well as a beautifully landscaped yard. The exhibition includes photographs, household items, weapons, an exact reproduction of a Chetnik uniform and a copy of the flag of Stefan Karadzha&#8217;s troop. The house offers a guided tour and talk and a kiosk at the entrance sells informational materials and souvenirs. It is located on the Tulbeto hill, 5 kilometres from Kazanlak. The tomb is the only completely preserved monument of painting from the early Hellenistic era in Bulgaria. It belonged to the Thracian ruler Roigos and is part of a large necropolis located near the ancient city of Seutopolis. UNESCO declared the tomb a world historical and cultural
