Wine cellar Stema Starosel is a small family winery located in the village of Starosel approximately 40 km from Plovdiv in the Rose Valley. Established in 2009 the first harvest is in 2011 and the annual production of wine and pelin is around 50 tons.
On their 100 decares of vineyards they grow varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Misket and Rkatsiteli.
Stema Starosel has a wine tasting room and a restaurant where they welcome tourist for tours, tasting session as well as wine lunches and dinners.
